This blend has been carefully selected for maximum tastiness and consistency. We've chosen coffees and tailored the roast profile to appeal to folks who enjoy their espresso straight up, as well as making for a delicious, sweet milk based coffee. It's our mainstay, and we love it.
60% Nicaragua Bonanza - Washed
40% Guatemala Huehuetenango - Washed

Terrific yet again. Occasionally try alternative roasters but the cost to quality ratio genuinely never delivers. $20+ more for 200g less (800g from Ona versus 1kg from SP) and sure the variety is nice but the value transaction is meaningfully worse. How can you look past SP when the quality at the price is so clearly market leading?
