Returns
At Semi-Pro we pride ourselves on sourcing and roasting high quality coffee of a traceable nature. In addition we purchase merchandise and brewing equipment that we believe in and is of a high standard. That being said, if you have any issues with any purchases please email us at hello@semi-pro.cc. We value incredible service and would welcome the opportunity to assist you if you feel your purchase has missed the mark.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason our team would be quite happy to discuss with you and assist you fixing the problem. Please email hello@semi-pro.cc
Refunds
If a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
