Our new seasonal blend. It’ll feature a rotating roster of exciting new coffees throughout the year. Current lineup January - March 2026:

50% Ethiopia - Guji Bookkisa -  

The Sawana drying station, nestled in the hills of Shakiso, Guji, was established in 2022. Before its construction, coffee from Bookkisa and Shoondhisa was processed at a single station. Since 2022, Sawana has been purchasing cherries from about 30 smallholder farmers to produce the cherished Bookkisa coffee. All cherries delivered to Sawana are organically produced. 

50% Brazil Sao Paulo - Fazenda Recreio -   Situated in the municipality of Sao Sebastiao da Grama - Sao Paulo, in a region known as Vale da Grama, Recreio Farm boasts excellent features such as fertile soil, mild climate, altitudes ranging from 1000 to 1350 meters, and a favorable sun exposure - creating the perfect environment for the cultivation of coffee. In the family for five generations since 1890; over 130 years! Recreio Farm is currently owned by Homere Teixeira de Macedo Junior and Maria Dias Teixeira de Macedo. The management is overseen by Agricultural Engineer Diogo Dias Teixeira de Macedo, the son of the owners, who has been working on the property since 2000 and has gained valuable knowledge about coffee production from his grandfather.
