60% Brazil Sao Judas Tadeu Pulp Natural - Fazenda São Judas Tadeu lies outside the small town of Piatã, in Bahia’s Chapada Diamantina region, at an elevation of 1,300 to 1,380 MASL.
40% Ethiopia Uraga Washed - Sourced from a premium washing station 'Uraga' in the 'Guji' zone of Ethiopia. This is a 'day lot' from the washing station sourced from many small lot farms. Grown at elevations between 2250 - 2230 MASL.
