The Osito Colombia team has been working with Gustavo for several years, purchasing his family’s production for both microlot separation and the El Rubí community lots. With the Garzón office and dry mill located at least eight hours from Planadas, maintaining quality and efficient logistics requires a high level of trust and attention. Gustavo’s washed coffees are dried in a marquesina — a greenhouse-like structure designed specifically for drying parchment.
