Not all decaf coffees are created equal. To be honest, most of them taste really bad. Not this one, though. We searched high and wide to find a decaffeinated coffee that we were proud to roast and offer to our friends.

The caffeine is extracted from the coffee using a natural by-product of sugar cane and water. This avoids excessive temperatures seen in other decaffeination processes and leaves an enhanced sweetness. The resulting coffee is not only caffeine-free but also fruity, juicy and delicious.

Farm: Various smallholders, Nariño.

Variety: Caturra, Castillo, Colombia 

Processing Method: Washed

Harvested: August 2021

Notes of chocolate, brown sugar, and definitely not caffeine. 

Roasted for espresso
