Colombia - Liliana Burbano San Agustin (Espresso)

Tastes Like: Pink lady apple, mandarin, morello cherry

Back on deck and Ben has been waiting since last year for this coffee! This farm is owned by Liliana and is a labour of love. She has been working on the farm for approximately 14 years, constantly increasing her knowledge and subsequently the quality in the cup. This coffee is 'Fully Washed' and the processing at the mill has a very high attention to detail resulting in a very clean and complex cup profile.

Once picked, coffee cherries were fermented for 50 hours then pulped. This was followed by another fermentation period of 30 hours and then dried between 12-15 days.
