"exceptional quality & service"
The Espírito Santo Blend is blended together from between 5 and 30 small farmers, each blend offers the chance to provide larger volumes to us while ensuring Osito can buy as much coffee as possible from the many small producers in Espírito Santo.
Coffee in this region is also, more often, washed rather than produced using pulped natural or natural methods . This is due to the higher humidity and the challenges that brings to drying with cherry intact. By pulping and then washing coffee, producers are able to produce cleaner cup profiles with fewer defects and a nice rounded acidity not often present in Brazilian coffees of this quality.

As described. Brewed as espresso on a lever, was effortless to dial in and delicious.
Item arrived on time and in good condition. Would re-use and recommend seller
Yep, there's vanilla in this. And fruit notes. Lotsa fruit notes. And it's a bit milkier than the Semi-Pro Columbia Tambo. But hey, if those are your jam, then you're in luck, right! A much lighter flavour and very easy drinking, the Mogiana will appeal to even the pickiest coffee snob. Unless you're a total chocolate fiend, in which case, go the Tambo!
